According to the Belgian law on trade and informing and protecting customers of July 14, 1991, you as a customer have the right to inform us that you have decided not to proceed with or cancel a purchase (right of withdrawal).
This can be done by returning the shipment within fourteen calendar days from the delivery of your order. Do not forget to inform us in writing within the same period via info@kiteoptics.com of your decision to invoke the right of withdrawal.
The purchased item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying documentation, and this at the latest 3 working days after the written notice of cancellation. The costs of the return shipment must be paid by the customer. Items in promotion or discount cannot be returned.
If you wish to change or cancel an order that has already been placed, please contact us by telephone within 3 working days of placing the order. If your order has already been sent, you will be reimbursed the purchase value (including VAT). Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
